Our Introduction to Rock Climbing course is designed for beginners eager to learn the fundamental skills needed to climb safely and confidently. Participants will receive hands-on instruction in essential techniques such as knot tying, belaying, and proper climbing movement, all under the guidance of experienced, certified instructors. The course combines classroom sessions with real rock practice, providing a comprehensive foundation for anyone interested in pursuing rock climbing as a sport or recreational activity. Safety protocols and equipment use are emphasized throughout, ensuring that climbers develop good habits from the start. This course is ideal for individuals looking to build confidence on the wall and prepare for more advanced climbing challenges.
Half day courses are 4 hours long, Full day courses are 8 hours long
