• Real-World Testing Insights: Wondering whether those expensive boots are worth it or if that cheaper jacket will actually hold up? We will give you the pros, cons, and performance details most salespeople wouldn’t know.

• Proper Fit & Function: We will help you try on boots to ensure they won’t give you blisters on day three. We will check the harness fit, explain why some packs ride better than others, and make sure your layers work together for warmth, breathability, and movement.

• Avoiding Overbuying: You might be surprised when we talk you out of buying gear you don’t need. We'll explain where to invest (e.g. boots, outerwear, sleeping system) and where to save

• Best deals and prices: Because we've spent years in the front range, we know the vendors and the local shops. We accompany you to help you find the best deals, and give you suggestions on what to buy online and what is best to buy in person.
